According to the provisions of the Company Law and the Articles of Association, the shareholders' meeting elected Jin Yongchuan, Chen Xinfang, Wang Ke, Zhu Yingqing and Peng Lihua to form the fifth session of the Board of Directors of the Company, and Zhu Changfeng as the supervisor of the Company. The first meeting of the fifth session of the Board of Directors elected Jin Yongchuan as the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Wang Ke as the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, appointed Zhu Yingqing as the General Manager and Legal Representative of the Company, and Tan Wei as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company.
